Morro Bay needs a Mayor who can apply creative thinking, long range planning and vision. I have what is needed to bring positive change to government leadership. That is why I am running for Mayor.

The community is concerned about the direction the City is taking. Residents wonder about the character of our neighborhoods when huge homes are being built on small lots. They wonder why a roundabout was approved when they opposed it. They wonder why there will be high increases to sewer rates this summer, when over a 1000 residents signed a petition to oppose them.

I support well-designed neighborhoods that build community. I’m for a sustainable budget. I have ideas that will build a constant stream of revenue for the future. I have supported many revenue-generating community events like the Harbor and Kite Festivals.

I offer leadership that gives priority to our citizens. I am a strong voice for the citizens and respect the value of public comment.

Together we can keep Morro Bay a great place to live, work, and play. I have listened and worked hard as a Councilmember to prepare to NOW serve as Morro Bay’s Mayor. Please vote for me on June 3.
